Our mission is to...
- Provide support to the Military, and Family members of the Washington National Guard.
- Be present at unit functions including unit training assemblies.
- Provide education about the National Guard, Family Programs and Family Assistance Centers to Military Members, Families, and the General Public.
- Support the mission of all National Guard units.
- Strive to be the Family Programs model in the United States.
Our purpose is to...
- Enhance the quality of life for all Guard members, their Families, and the communities in which they live.
- Contribute to readiness and retention in the Washington National Guard.
Our vision is that...
- Every Military and Family member of each Washington National Guard Family knows and understands the benefits to which they are entitled.
- At a minimum, members know that by calling the Family Programs Office at 1-800-364-7492, they can get the answer to their questions or concerns.
- Each Washington National Guard Family is prepared to meet the challenges of a deployment or disaster, through education, preparedness and the assistance of their Family Support Group.
- The Family Support Group is postured to provide assistance to every Washington National Guard Family in the event of a deployment or disaster.
